On March 16, Bonnaroo announced “Concerts on the Farm,” a series of socially-distanced pod-style concerts featuring Billy Strings, Jon Pardi and The Avett Brothers.
First up is Billy Strings, who was originally billed on the Bonnaroo 2020 lineup. He was also featured in the “Virtual Roo” held in Sept, 2020, along with Old Crow Medicine Show. Hailing from Michigan, Strings’ music is a style of bluegrass country, similar to Greensky Bluegrass. His album Home won “Best Bluegrass Album” at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards in March, 2021.
Billy Strings is scheduled to play at The Farm on Fri, May 28, 2021. Find details and tickets here.
The second in the concert series is county artist Jon Pardi with special guest Jameson Rodgers. Pardi has previously toured with several well-known country artists including Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan and more. He is best-known for his radio hits Head over Boots and Dirt on my Boots.
Jameson Rodgers is known for his country hit Some Girls.
